Privacy Policy

Introduction:

As event organizer, we – Pauper to the People e.V. – are documenting and reporting the stages of the Lega Pauper Lipsia. This may include taking photographs and/or creating video/audio content on the event grounds and therefore concerns the personal rights of all participants under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In the registration process for every event, we are asking you for consent. This consent is voluntary, not mandatory for participation and can be revoked at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You agree to the processing of your personal data (image, voice) that are included in image, video or audio recordings of the event. This process is handled by us – Pauper to the People e.V. (controller). The recordings are created for the purposes of documentation, live reporting and advertisement for future events of ours. For these purposes we may share recordings through our public communication channels (Pauper to the People group on Telegram, Lega Pauper Lipsia on Youtube/Twitch/Instagram and legapauperlipsia.de).

You should also know:

Aside from your right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) you also have the ‘right to be forgotten’ (Art. 17 GPDR) which includes the immediate erasure of all personal data.
